Data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, work email, organisation, company size, the offer you are interested in and any message you add.
Purpose
We use this data only to contact you and respond to your request. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Service providers and transfers abroad
This site relies on service providers that may store data outside Switzerland, including in the European Union and the United States: Lovable (website and form hosting), Notion (contact management) and Calendly (meeting booking). These providers apply recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Your data is kept for up to 2 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to tanya.ingraham@tmimpact.com. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
